Life is a manifestation of energy. Everything, be it animate or inanimate, is present in a vibratory state. 

This holds true for planets as well. Each planet emits vibrations specific to its nature.

These vibrations create specific energy field. Each energy field is linked to a specific number. A person born on a particular date is governed by that number. It is indeed interesting to know that the number can virtually tell about the life – history of the person, his capabilities and potentials, his hopes and ambitions and also the obstacles he is likely to face and his chances of success. This study is called as Numerology.
 
Our life in sync with nature is, in fact, a beautiful process. We are today leading busy lives and consciously or otherwise have severed our connection with nature. Living life in harmony with nature unfolds many possibilities to lead successful and happy lives. Creating harmony with the planets using their representative numbers forms the fundamental principle of Numerology. This can be done by using yet another effective power that is available to us and that is the “Power of Concentration”. Now concentration in simple words means focusing your entire attention on one thing to the exclusion of everything else. In Numerology we concentrate on the planet through the number a person is born with.

Let us understand this with the help of an example:-Suppose a person is born on the dates 1, 10, 19 or 28 of any month. This person will be ruled by planet Sun as number 1 is the representative of this planet. The qualities of Sun will clearly be visible in this persona person born on these dates is spontaneous, responds to nature has the capacity to enjoy life, has a quick grasp, independent in thought and action, optimistic,  both an  idealist and practical, he is a born leader but along with this he tends to be selfish and obstinate. That means the qualities are both negative and positive. The idea is to incorporate the positive ones into daily life and make full use of them and to improve upon the negative ones and to use them to one’s advantage.

Qualities of Number 1

Now to make full use of number 1 potential we can do the following:-        

• Completely identify with the number as if it belongs to you, represents you and is part of your life.
• Mentally look forward to this date and day in planning any work or course of action.
• Visualise possessing all the positive qualities of this number.
• Be determined to use them in appropriate situations
• Convert all negative qualities to positive affirmations such as for “pride” affirm “I am endowed with humility”, for “spendthrift” – “I spend wisely.”
• Sit at a place where you will not be disturbed and concentrate on your number, contemplate and meditate on it.
• Target the area of your life that you want to improve, make an affirmation and while in meditation put it in the subconscious mind.                    
• It will be a good idea to write the affirmations and display them at places where you are likely to notice them during the day.
