Physical Products
We do not offer refunds for physical products once an order has been completed on our website or app. If you experience any issues with delivery or usage, please contact us for support.

Digital Products (Workshops, Courses, PDFs, Downloads)
All sales of digital products are final. We do not issue refunds once a digital product has been purchased and delivered. If you face any difficulty accessing or downloading your product, please contact us for assistance.

Live Workshops and Trainings
Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the start of a live workshop may be eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event. The deposit amount is non-refundable.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 to 14 business days to the original mode of payment.

Cancellation by Us
In the unlikely event that we cancel a workshop or event, a full refund will be issued within 7 business days.
