Ashi Sharma is a professional Expressive Arts Therapist with a deep-rooted belief that “Healing begins when expression is given permission.” With years of experience in facilitating transformative spaces, Ashi specializes in art journaling as a gateway to personal insight, emotional release, and subconscious healing.

Her work bridges psychology, creativity, and ancient wisdom, helping individuals reconnect with their inner voice, dissolve limiting beliefs, and reclaim their authentic self. Through art journaling, Ashi guides participants to access parts of themselves that thoughts and words alone cannot reach, making the process gentle yet profoundly impactful.

Do I need to be good at art or drawing to join this masterclass?

Absolutely not. This workshop is not about artistic skill or aesthetics. It’s about expression, exploration, and emotional honesty. Stick figures, scribbles, colors, symbols, or even abstract marks are more than enough. Art journaling here is a process, not a performance.

Yes. The masterclass is designed to gently guide beginners step-by-step. Each activity is explained clearly, with demonstrations and prompts that make the process intuitive and accessible. You will be supported throughout, regardless of your prior experience.

Basic art supplies are sufficient, such as:
