Learn to hold the EFT process for another person.
Move beyond personal tapping and develop the language, structure, sensitivity and professional awareness needed to facilitate EFT with skill and emotional responsibility.
Knowing the tapping points is only the beginning.
EFT Level 1 teaches you how to understand and use tapping for your own emotional wellbeing. Level 2 takes you into a different space: learning to facilitate EFT for another person.
That requires more than repeating a technique. It asks you to listen beyond words, identify emotional patterns, ask thoughtful questions, remain steady when intensity rises and recognise when an issue needs to be approached gently.

Philip K.Meetu Sehgal
Meetu brings over 16 years of experience in emotional wellness, healing, coaching and practitioner training. Her approach integrates psychological understanding with holistic wisdom, helping learners develop both technical skill and emotional sensitivity.
Her teaching is practical and reflective. Students are encouraged to understand not only what to do during an EFT session, but why they are doing it and how their own presence affects the client.
As Founder and Director of Ezine Kaleidoscope, she is committed to developing practitioners who work with awareness, integrity and respect for the people who place their trust in them.
You do not need to arrive as a perfectly confident practitioner.
You need curiosity, willingness to practise and respect for the responsibility that comes with supporting another person’s emotional process.
