About the
Trainer
Meetu Sehgal is a Reiki Grandmaster and internationally accredited trainer with over 16 years of experience in energy healing and holistic transformation. She is the Founder and Director of Meetu Holistic Healing LLP and the visionary behind Ezine Kaleidoscope, a platform dedicated to high-quality spiritual and psychological training.
Her approach to Reiki is both traditional and deeply practical. Rooted in the original principles of Reiki, she also integrates modern understanding of emotional regulation, trauma sensitivity, and nervous system awareness. For her, Reiki is not a performance or ritual alone. It is a way of living with presence, responsibility, and clarity.
As a teacher, Meetu is known for depth and maturity in training. She trains practitioners to understand energy, boundaries, ethics, and the subtle art of holding space.
